The live GCCP repo dashboard connects to a local Node server that scans all git repositories in real time. It shows commit history, git status, board scores, KPIs, and partner activity in one place. Refreshes every 60 seconds automatically.

Board Score
A score awarded by an imaginary institutional director panel (e.g. /20 for V5.1 repos) assessing how well-documented and deployment-ready each repo is.
Skill
A SKILL.md file in .claude/skills/ that tells Claude Code how to run a specific GCCP workflow.

This dashboard reads from all repos but stores nothing. SONG data surfaces here as read-only summary only — no fees, no individual names, no pipeline probabilities.
All department repos = Standalone
gccp-agentic-os, gccp-design-studio, gccp-contacts are independent — none nested inside Sandbox. Each links back to Sandbox as the institutional source of truth.
